About Us

Tom was the President & CEO of the MIDI Manufacturers Association (MMA) from 1992 to 2019, where he managed the evolution and promotion of MIDI technology as well as its adoption in new industries and markets. He also worked for leading companies in the musical instrument and computer industries, bringing innovative technologies and products to market.

Tom also co-founded the Digital Media Device Association (DMDA.org) and has deep contacts in the IT and Electronics Industries all around the world due to his work on International Standards with ISO/IEC for MMA, and his involvement in other audio standards bodies (AES, SDMI, CTA, etc.).
