Tom White
Principal
Tom was the President & CEO of the MIDI Manufacturers Association (MMA) from 1992-2019, where he managed the evolution and promotion of MIDI technology as well as its adoption in new industries and markets.
Before that he worked with companies in the musical instrument and computer industries to bring new and innovative technologies and products to market, and before that he founded one of the worlds first computer-focused music retailers.
Tom has contacts in the IT and Electronics Industries all around the world due to his work on International Standards with ISO/IEC for MMA, and his involvement in other audio standards bodies (AES, SDMI, CTA, etc.)
